You can elect to have your subscriptions sent with the consolidated shipments and we will provide reports for any subscription issues not received. This option virtually eliminates the time you spend tracing missing documents - especially for products being shipped internationally where many items are delayed or lost in postal systems.

If you prefer, you can also have your subscriptions sent directly by the organization and Renouf will be responsible for both the renewal invoices and any claims that had to be made with the publisher.
